연세대학교 글로벌사회공헌원은 「개인정보보호법」에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보의 수집·이용에 관하여 귀하의 동의를 얻고자 합니다.

- Identification of Forum registrant for confirmation or modification of registration details, and delivery of notifications

- Promotion of the sponsor (Korea Tourism Organization)

- 행사 참가 신청자 관리(접수, 행사안내 등)를 위한 목적

- 후원사(한국관광공사) 홍보를 위한 목적

- Name (English & Korean), Nationality, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, Affiliation(English & Korean), Student ID No. or Employee ID No.(*the relevant person), Session Participation Status, Issuance of Certificate of Attendance

- 성명(영문, 국문), 국적, 핸드폰번호, 이메일, 소속(영문, 국문), 학번 혹은 사번(*해당자), 참여세션 정보, 참여 증명서 발급 여부

 

 

C. Period of Personal Information Retention: December 31, 2026

C. 개인정보 보유기간: 2026년 12월 31일

All collected information will be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved.  However, if it is necessary in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Financial Transactions Act, etc., personal information will be retained for a certain period as specified by relevant laws and regulations.

저장된 개인정보는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

단, 상법, 전자금융거래법 등 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Matters concerning the provision of personal information to a third party

개인정보 제3자 제공동의 

① The use or provision of personal information in Yonsei University shall be limited to the minimum extent to perform its duties, and shall not be provided to other institutions or others for purposes other than the possession of personal information files, except when used inside Yonsei University or provided to third parties under other laws. 

① 연세대학교에서 개인정보의 이용 또는 제공은 소관업무를 수행하기 위한 최소한의 범위로 제한하며, 다른 법률에 따라 연세대학교 내부에서 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하는 경우를 제외하고는 개인정보파일의 보유목적 외의 목적으로 타 기관 및 타인에게 제공하지 않습니다.

 

② Yonsei University provides personal information to third parties as follows in cases falling under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the information subject and special regulations of the law.

②연세대학교는 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조에 해당하는 경우 다음과 같이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하고 있습니다.

③Yonsei University may use personal information or provide it to other institutions for purposes other than holding personal information files in the following cases. However, it is excluded when it is deemed that the rights and interests of the information subject or a third party may be unfairly infringed.

③연세대학교는 아래의 경우에 개인정보파일의 보유목적 외의 목적으로 개인정보를 이용하거나 다른 기관에 제공할 수 있습니다. 다만, 정보주체 또는 제3자의 권리와 이익을 부당하게 침해할 우려가 있다고 인정되는 때에는 제외합니다.

Where it is necessary for the investigation and maintenance of a crime, Article 7 of the Personal Information Protection Act, approved by the Personal Information Protection Committee, if it is necessary for the court to conduct a trial if the data subject or its legal representative is unable to express his intention or agree to an unknown address. 

조약, 기타 국제협정의 이행을 위하여 외국정부 또는 국제기구에 제공하는 경우정보주체 또는 그 법정대리인이 의사표시를 할 수 없는 상태에 있거나 주소불명 등으로 동의를 할 수 없는 경우로서, 정보주체 외의 자에게 제공하는 것이 명백히 정보주체에게 이익이 된다고 인정되는 경우범죄의 수사와 공소의 제기 및 유지에 필요한 경우법원의 재판업무수행을 위하여 필요한 경우「개인정보 보호법」 제7조 제1항에 따른 개인정보보호위원회에서 심의를 거쳐 승인된 경우

 

④When Yonsei University provides personal information to a third party, it asks the person who receives the personal information to take measures to limit the purpose and method of use or secure safety. 

④연세대학교는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하는 때에는 개인정보를 수령한 자에 대하여 이용목적, 방법 등에 대하여 제한 또는 안전성 확보조치를 강구하도록 요청합니다.
